Chalet Papillon is a  beautiful timber Savoyard ski chalet in the farming hamlet of Suvay, just outside the village of Chatel, offering views of the valley and Monts De Grange.

This luxury chalet  has five ensuite bedrooms, for a maximum of 10 persons. It was built for the 2005/6 ski season and is run on a luxury self catered basis. The chalet is ideal for families, groups, or corporate bookings.

Beds will be made up for you, according to your requirements, towels are provided, and bathrobes are available, to make your way to the hot tub, look up at the stars and soothe away any stress. 

 A damage deposit will be requested, and guests are expected to leave the chalet as they find it, or extra charges will be incured.

Cleaning is available during the week, and at the end of your stay, if required.

Sunday change over days. We are happy to quote for transfers to and from Geneva Airport . Easy access from Geneva ensures you will get maximum time on the slopes, whether it's for a week, or a weekend.

Should you need to hire equipment, the many hire shops have all you need, with specialized staff to assist you.

 Alpine Air can pre book any equipment for you. This avoids some waiting during busy weeks. We are also able to pre book lift passes, so they are in the chalet when you arrive.

Should you require, as an optional extra, a chauffeured mini bus service is on hand , to take you to the slopes after breakfast, and back to the chalet, at the end of your days skiing.  Trips to the village, and local hostelries, in the evening can also be included.Also a supermarket visit at the beginning of your stay, can be arranged.

The kitchen is well equipped,with large oven,and hob.There is also a microwave,toaster,filter coffee machine,fridge,and dishwasher.

 We provide a starter pack of food,and cleaning essentials.

  There are many restaurants in Chatel that we can recommend.We can also make reservations if required.Some provide free transport,to and from the restaurant,only a phone call away.

As hosts,we live in the small apartment below the chalet,and offer unparalleled hospitality and service as required.

Please note, we have operated as a fully catered luxury Chalet for the last six years and would be happy to give a quotation for the full service if required.

Bedroom 1. = 4.33m x 4.20m Twin beds, with toilet, shower, and basin. South facing.
Bedroom 2. = 3.10m x 4.20m Twin beds, with toilet, shower, and basin. South facing.
Bedroom 3. = 4.33m x 4.20m Twin beds, with toilet, bath with shower over, and basin. South facing.
Bedroom 4. = 4.16m x 3.30m Twin beds, with toilet, bath with shower over, and basin. North facing.
Bedroom 5. = 4.16m x 3.30m Twin beds, with toilet, shower, and basin. North facing.

Layout: First floor

The lounge is an open plan area, with a large fireplace encompassing a living area, with satellite television, offering most Sky channels,DVD,CD,and ipod docking station, For a little extra fun we have an xbox 360 for your entertainment.

 The lounge is 15. 04m long x 4.02 wide. All this area has a 1.2m wide balcony and a 3m terrace offering views of the valley and Monts De Grange. The dining area is 8.3m x 3.3m connected to the kitchen. There is also a toilet located near the front door.

 Outside there is a hot tub, to soothe away the aches and pains of a hard day on the piste.

Free Wifi internet connection, for those of you that really need to keep in touch.

The ground floor has the garage, and ski and boot room,wth boot warmers. It also has a small apartment that the host, will occupy.
